Hay of Restalrig
Hay of Restalrig d.1784
Hay was at one time Director of the Bank of Scotland.
In 1745, he joined the Jacobites and became treasurer to Prince Charles’ army. In 1746, he took on some of the duties of Murray of Broughton who was unwell.
