Act in favour of General Ruthven, rescinding the forfeiture given against him
Anent the supplication given in to the estates of parliament by Dame Clara Warnart, spouse to Patrick [Ruthven], General Ruthven, sometime earl of Forth, and Lady Jean Ruthven, his daughter, in name and on behalf of the said General Ruthven, desiring the estates of parliament to take into their favourable consideration the carriage of the said General Ruthven during his whole life and his simplicity in these actions whereupon the sentence of forfeiture is led and pronounced against him, for more click here
