Five gems of worship

SCOTLAND’S greatest medieval churches are known all over the world – St Giles’ Cathedral, Edinburgh; St Mungo’s Cathedral, Glasgow; Iona and Dunfermline abbeys. So too are some Victorian and later buildings – Alexander “Greek” Thomson’s St Vincent Street, Glasgow; Crathie Church on Royal Deeside; the Italian Chapel in Orkney.
