A Report of the Directors of Leith Hospital-1905
This is the beginning of a report of a case of Typhus fever in Smith’s Land. At first it was reported as acute Pnuemonia however on being transfered to the East Pilton Hospital it was confirmed as Typhus. The patient later died.
