UK’s oldest car plant to be turned into flats
THE remains of Britains oldest car factory are set to be transformed into flats after the scheme won the backing of planners.
The former Madelvic Car Factory in Granton will be converted into 16 flats designed by award-winning firm Malcolm Fraser Architects as part of the regeneration of Edinburghs waterfront.
